This is a beautiful larg sized Wheather bird. Most of the Wheather birds were made in a much smaller size but this bird is measuring 18cm from beak to tail. It has a nice bluish grey pattern. On the last photos you can see it together with some small Wheather birds of ours. Wheathers were in production in 1987-1990.
The pattern and color variation is huge among these marbled birds. They truly are individuals. This model is described on page 34 in the new book "Toikan Lasilinnut-Toikka's Glass Birds".
