This is a fascinating larg sized Wheather bird. Most of the Wheather birds were made in a much smaller model but this model is measuring 18cm from beak to tail. On the last photo you can see it together with some small Wheather birds of ours. Wheathers were in production in 1987-1990.
The pattern and color variation is huge among these marbled birds. They truly are individuals. This model is described on page 34 in the new book "Toikan Lasilinnut-Toikka's Glass Birds".
