This is a medium sized Foal's Foot by Tapio Wirkkala.
17cm high, and 5 cm at the widest point.
This item is in a very good vintage condition, with no cracks/nicks nor harmful scratches. There are some very tiny light-line reflections from the inside of the glass.
"Varsanjalka" alias "Foal's foot" or "Foal's leg" vase (model 3215), was in production 1947-1959, and is part of a series of items designed by Tapio Wirkkala in the 40s, all with somewhat similar appearance due to the characteristic line cut decoration on clear glass. There exist many different sized and shaped vases and bowls by Tapio Wirkkala produced with this technique.
