This is a charmful special Ptarmigan bird with red wattles. This design was made for Nordic Investment Bank in 2001. It is called "Kiiruna" in Finnish. This model is very rarely for sale.
Design by Oiva Toikka and hand made at Nuutajärvi glass factory in Finland. This model is presented on page 106 in the new book "Toikan Lasilinnut-Toikka's Glass Birds".
