This is a medium sized Wheater variant by Oiva Toikka, designed for OKK in 1989.
It is snow white and wrapped in some black ribbons. As the other bird for OKK, also this one is very rarely seen for sale.
The bird is hand made at the legendary glass factory in Nuutajärvi Finland.
This bird is presented in the new book "Toikan Lasilinnut - Toikka's Glass Birds" on page 45.
In the last picture we show this bird together with the golden brown Long-Tailed Duck for OKK from the mid -80's.
