The Smew was in production 2002-2006.Design by famous professor Oiva Toikka.Hand blown in the legendary Nuutajärvi glass village.
The Smew is an elegant diwing swimmer in symmetric black and gray-white outfit, with head in blue-gray glass.
This bird is described on page 66 in the book "Birds by Toikka" and on page 93 in "In Oiva's wonderland".
This bird has some wear in form of small scratches on the head and one faint scratch on the right wing. See close up pictures!The bird has six or seven very tiny air bubbles.
