This is a vintage Partridge bird, Turkinpyy in Finnish, by Oiva Toikka. This model was made in years 1994-1996 only, and is rarely available these days.
This chubby bird has a lavender colored body with striations that look like out-floating "lingonberry squash". The head and beak as well as the tail are in blue clear glass.
You find this model on page 80 in the book "Toikka's Glass Birds".
