This small neat multicolored bowl represents the 'Small Basket' of the Granite series (Granit serien) that Oiva Toikka designed for Rörstrand ceramics in 1989.
To this series belonged two bowls called Baskets (Korg) in two sizes and two bowls called Wells (Källa) also in two sizes and one Vase. These five items were all produced in two color variants, a granite red version and a version with multicolored dots. Each item was produced as a limited edition of 150 numbered pieces in each color.
This Small Basket holds ca 2dl. It has a rectangular base and the upper rim is elliptic. It is made of very thin porcelain.
