This is a large sized vintage goose called Martin Goose. Design by famous professor Oiva Toikka, and hand made in legendary Nuutajärvi glass factory in Finland. This bird is numbered 1179/2000.
Martin Goose was made between 1997-2005, and is presented in the newest bird book "Toikan Lasilinnut - Toikka's Glass Birds" on page 94.
This bird has a clear, bright blue head and yellow beak. The body is multicolored with a multitude of beautiful sea blue shades from very light blue to greenish blue. There is a splach of yellow on the shoulder.
This impressive bird weighs 2,5 kg.
