Long-Tailed Duck glassbird by Oiva Toikka. This bird is green with grey-white stripes and a clear head. It has a metallic lustre.

Long-tailed Duck was in production for many years, from 1981-2009, and over the years some change in both coloration and shape took place.
Elsewhere on this site you can find an erlier representative of the Long-Tailed Duck. The early variants have a rounder body and are not metallic.
