This Long-Tailed Duck is of a quite early production. The early ones are more round in shape than the later ones, and are not so metallic. They are signed Oiva Toikka Nuutajärvi Notsjö.
This one has a very nice pattern with green, white and golden brown golors.
You find text about Long-Tailed Duck (Alli) on page 18 in the book "Birds by Toikka" and on page 71 in "In Oiva's Wonderland". Long-tailed duck was in production for a quite long period, 1981-2009.
