This is a golden beige appearing color variant of the Long-Tailed Duck. Golden metallic luster with cream white stripes.
Long-tailed Duck was in production for many years, from 1981-2009, and over the years some change in both coloration and shape took place. Also special variants has been commissioned for different organizations or companies. This is a very beautiful variant of the Long-Tailed Duck.
The last pictures show this bird together with two other Long-Tailed Ducks of about the same size and shape but all with very different colors.
