A stylish vase or bowl in tanned green, design by famous Finnish designer Kaj Franck. This bowl got as nickname the mushrom, and was in production 1959-1966, and was produced in different color variants.
This is a massive piece of Glass Art, an over 2,5kg object.
In this like in so many of Kaj Franck's designs the geometrical and proprtionate form, reflexions and the choice of color makes the trick.
On the last picture you see three different vases from this same era.
All with the thick clear bottom part that so to say lifts the object.
This item is preused and has some normal wear in form of surface scratches. The overall impression however is good.
