Indigo Bunting is a Special bird made for the US market in 2017. Later in 2020 it was also made for Japan and for Iittala shops. The bird is called Sirkku in Finnish. It is glowing turquoise in color, with chestnut brown wings and tail.
The bird is hand made in Iittala glass factory in Finland and the design is by famous professor Oiva Toikka. It is described in the new book "Toikan Lasilinnut - Toikka's Glass Birds" on page 192.
