This is a special Golden Oriole and Baby Oriole set, very rarely seen for sale! The Golden Oriole is a handsome orange and black bird with a lustered beak, (Oriol in Finnish). It was made in year 2004-2006 only. The orange and black makes an eye-catching contrast. The Baby Oriole was made only in 2005 and is very rarely seen for sale.
Design by the famous professor Oiva Toikka and hand made in legendary Nuutajärvi glass hut in Finland. The Golden Oriole is described on page 127 and the Baby Oriole on page 133 in the book "Toikan Lasilinnut-Toikka's Glass Birds".

The condition of the Golden Oriole is very good with only minor sign of use only on the bottom and the Baby Oriole is in excellent condition without any signs of use.
