This Dove was designed by Oiva Toikka to celebrate the 90 years Anniversary of Finland's Independence in 2007. It was blown in the legendary Nuutajärvi glass factory in Finland.
It is described on page 150 and 302 in the new book "Toikan Lasilinnut - Toikka's Glass Birds"
This individual has an un logical number 1389/5000 to the bird's signature. But otherwise the bird is signed all right and bears the Iittala sticker.
