Design by famous professor Oiva Toikka for Vantaa city in 2002.
The Sinikki birds were specially made for the employees of Vantaa city .
Therefore it has not been originally for sale in stores but given as gifts to long time employees.
It is mouth blown in Nuutajärvi Finland.
The head and tail is turquoise and the body is blue with lustered spots.
You find this bird on page 151 in the book "Birds by Toikka".
