This is a very large and handsome Diver bird that is numbered 874/5000!
The Diver-birds are illustrated on page 32 in the book "Birds by Toikka" and on pages 75-76 in the book "In Oiva's Wonderland". The color of this individual is more like the Red-Throated Diver but its size is much larger, even larger than the Black-Throated Diver! In the book the sizes are 250mm and 290mm but this bird is an impressive 380mm from beak to tail!
