Birger Kaipiainen (1915-1988) is one of the most successful and well known ceramic artists from Finland. His most famous designs were made at Arabia Ceramics factory.
This enchanting wall plate with pine decorations was produced for the 100 years jubilee of forest industry company Enso-Gutzeit ltd in 1972.
This plate comes in its original box, that is shaped like a piece of wood log.
