A shiny Anniversary bird from the good old times.
This bird was desinged for the Insurance company Teollisuusvakuutus in 1990 to celebrate their 100th Anniversary 1890-1990.
Design is by famous Professor Oiva Toikka.
The bird is mouth blown in Nuutajärvi.
This one is dark bluegreen with a lot of lustre and a nice filigree pattern. The head is of clear blue glass, that is only slightly lustred, so the blue shows nicely when light hits it. The beak is orange.
