90s Moomin mug Office by Arabia Finland, in production in years 1996-2002. It has many nice drawings from 'the Office'.
This mug has no signs of wear, it is in an unused like condition.
There are two minimal glace irregularities that have arisen at manufacturing.
These are seen in the fourth and in the last picture respectively. One is a punctate thin spot in the glace and the other is a bump under the glace (on the inside of the handpiece).
