A very collectible Moomin mug from the -90 s, by Arabia Finland.
This mug was among the first four mugs in the series with Moomin characters on Kaj Franck's white tea cup in the early 90s. This item was in production 1990-1996.
This mug is otherwise in a very good condition with well preserved colors and a good amount of shininess, but there is one small defect at the upper border of the mug seen on picture 4 as a white mark in the blue area, and a 1,5cm faint thin crack line in the glace parallell to the upper border on the inside of the mug at the same spot. So the mug has got a hit at some point. However, as you can see, the damage is fortunately hardly visible on this othervice very well preserved mug, unless it is specificly pointed out.
Anyway, the classification of this item is degraded from Very Good to Good and the price is reduced based on this issue. So that way this might be found as a bargain to someone.
