Kaarina Aho (1925–1990) was a Finnish ceramist known for her work with the Arabia ceramics factory. Starting in 1946, she developed a broad expertise in ceramic production, and her work was also recognized at the Triennale di Milano in 1951, where Finnish design received significant acclaim. Eventually she established her own workshop in 1962. Her work is housed in prestigious collections, including the Cooper Hewitt and the British Museum. Aho's legacy continues to influence contemporary ceramic design.
