This is a Long-Tailed Duck in a more rare bluish green color. It is designed by Oiva Toikka and it was made at the legendary Nuutajärvi glass factory. The bird is called Alli in Finnish.
Long-tailed Duck was in production for many years, from 1981-2009, and over the years some change in both coloration and shape took place. Also special variants have been commissioned for different organizations or companies.
Long-Tailed Duck is described in the book "Toikan Lasilinnut - Toikka's Glass Birds" on page 20.
In the last photos you can compare this bird with two other Long-Tailed Ducks of ours. The bluish one is signed with sandblasting and the one with the rose-orange stripes is signed O. Toikka Nuutajärvi in handwriting, while the third one is the earliest variant and is signed Oiva Toikka Nuutajärvi Notsjö.
