This is a Dotterel bird. Design by famous professor Oiva Toikka and hand made in legendary Nuutajärvi glass village in Finland.
The bird model is displayed on page illustrated on page 193 in the book "Toikan Lasilinnut-Toikka's Glass Birds".
This model was in production between 1997-2004.
